This is the Salary Survey Form.

The purpose is to develop salary data based on
input from actual employees. Of course,
everything is anonymous. Use your site login
name. Don’t use your real name.

The only requirement is to be honest about
how much you are paid. You can always puff it
up a bit when you’re having a beer with your
co-workers.

Employers have the advantage when hiring,
because they know what is a low or high salary and
and employees don’t usually have this information.
It’s like negotiating to purchase and not having
any information on what the car cost the dealer.

So just tell it like it is and share salary
information and everyone can use the data. Please
answer all questions and answer them honestly.

There are only two rules:
Rule Number 1: Don’t use real names.
Rule Number 2: Answer honestly.
