The purpose is to develop company profiles or ratings based on
input from employees. Of course,
everything is anonymous. Use your site login
name. Don’t use your real name.

Just tell it like it is so folks will know
what to expect if they accept a job opportunity
at your company. That doesn’t mean go off on a
rant about your boss.

There are only two rules: Don’t use profanity
and don’t use peoples names.
